School was the usual. Went to Melbourne uni for lunch, came back for 5th session and I finished school early! I had to call my dad to pick me up at 5:30 at the State Library because there was a lecture about On the Waterfront and I wanted to go.

So I got to MC and went to find a present for my friend, Shirley! It’s her birthday today, and she texted me last night to ask whether I could come State today, and I said no. But an abrupt change of plans allowed me to see her! I bought her these lovely earrings! But unfortunately, I didn’t take a photo, nor can I find one. I can only describe them as… A cascade of chains with little crystal beads on them, linked to the plug (?) of the earring at the back. So it’s like a hoop of chains. IT WAS JUST REALLY PRETTY OKAY.

I met up with Shirley and wished her a happy birthday. I had to throw out my bag the present came in, or else she would know which store I bought it from. We hanged around, and met up with my friend, Vivian. We camerawhored

At 4, I had to leave to the Wheeler Centre, which was next to the State Library. The lecture was scheduled to start at 4:15, but didn’t start until 4:30. I pretty much rocked up randomly, and I didn’t know you needed a ticket. I was texting my friends all to hurry up, but they came so freaking LATE. I was put on the waiting list, but the people eventually let us in. I tried saving some seats for my friends, but a whole bunch of 4C kids came and took over the space behind me. I was thinking “omg my school is in the city yet all my friends are late HAHHAHA.”

The seats I had saved were eventually taken over, so I sat next to a girl from a random school. My friends arrived 4:30-4:40, and they weren’t allowed to go to further than the back row. I haven’t even watched On the Waterfront, but I took notes anyway… THEY’LL MAKE SENSE WHEN I WATCH THE MOVIE.

The lecture finished at around 5:10, and I went to meet up with Vivian and Sam. We met up with Shirley and Jessie again, and I ate their chips because they weren’t eating anymore and I was so bloody hungry LOL. We then migrated to the front lawn of the State Library, where Vivian ran off and came back with a chocolate rose for me

We just chilled and talked. We were so loud, especially with Samsong in the group. He’s always doing weird things to make us laugh really loud LOL. Then I moved away because about 2-3 people in the group started smoking… Then I sprayed myself with deodorant because I didn’t want to smell like cigarette smoke. My dad didn’t even come until 6:15. This is probably the latest I’ve been out HAHHAHAHHAHA. Such an achievement.

I’m going to next week’s lecture as well, because it’s on the Crucible. I need to book though. But I’ll be taking the train home next week! Hehe

It was for my brother. He ran down and shouted “YAY! NEW IPHONE!!!!!!!”

So now he has the new iPhone 4 and I get his old iPhone

Yeah, I have a bandaid on my thumb. I sliced my finger while cutting some vegetables. OH MY GOD I’M GOING TO BE A TERRIBLE WIFE :((((((((
