First day of year 12!!!!!!!!!!
I woke up at 8:00am today to some asshole’s text… LOLJK he’s kool… And I was pretty tired because I slept at around 1am HAHA. I stayed in bed for 15 minutes until I decided to get up. We started at 9:30 today, so I was really in no rush.
I arrived at school at around 9:20, and I found out that my locker was on the top floor of one of our buildings. Which means every day, I have to walk up 3 flights up stairs to get to the 4th floor. To prove how unfit I am, I get tired when I reach the top. My legs even start tingling. LIKE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET TIRED FROM THE BEEP TEST! But anyways, I got the middle locker again! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! But my folders (I didn’t want to use exercise books this year) would not fit upright in my locker. I was so pissed. They only fit slightly diagonal, which is unfortunate because I have quite a few fat books.
Anyways, we had an assembly, where our principal welcomed us back and was wishing us luck. He also mentioned 35% of our year 12 students get over 90, and 2/3 get over 80. I thought “hey, not bad!!!!” Seems achievable if I try hard enough to compete! He also said that most year 12s enjoyed their year, and a whole bunch of people started coughing and clearing their throats HAHAHAHAHA. Then our co-ordinators intro’d themselves and we finally got our diaries, timetables and ID cards. Omfg I look so gross.
Last night I was a little stressed out on French, because I haven’t done most of the shit I was supposed to do. Plus the website that I was supposed to go on kept crashing on me, so I couldn’t do the exercises… So I was hoping I didn’t have French today. And my timetable said I didn’t! I was full on jumping and shit because I was so happy. My friend, Bilan, was also happy with me LOL. Then later on, we discovered we were looking at MONDAY’S timetable… And today is THURSDAY………………. So we looked again and NO FRENCH! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Because French was in the morning, which we had missed.
I only had 3 sessions today. I had 5th session off because that’s my free (which I spent eating an ice cream at Melbourne Uni). I had English, Methods and Chemistry and they were all chilled lessons of course. Didn’t do much work. And I really like my classes so far! I’m not with people I’m usually with, but I don’t mind getting closer to my other friends. I have good people in my classes :)
A lot of my friends said I will really enjoy year 12… I really hope so!
